公司軸承生產(chǎn)基地（無(wú)錫民聯(lián)汽車(chē)零部件有限公司）占地2.1萬(wàn)平方米，擁有各類(lèi)精密自動(dòng)化軸承生產(chǎn)線3條，分離套筒生產(chǎn)線2條，總成裝配線2條，具有年產(chǎn)100萬(wàn)套離合器分離軸承總成生產(chǎn)能力。在離合器分離軸承總成生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)了從原材料進(jìn)廠到產(chǎn)品出廠全流程（鋼材進(jìn)廠、鍛造、車(chē)加工、熱處理、磨加工、裝配、產(chǎn)品出廠、售后服務(wù)）的專(zhuān)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了分離套筒、沖壓件等關(guān)鍵零件及關(guān)鍵工序的自主生產(chǎn)和自我控制。

  公司環(huán)形鍛件生產(chǎn)基地（無(wú)錫民聯(lián)軸承制造有限公司）占地1.5萬(wàn)平方米，擁有環(huán)形鍛造生產(chǎn)線3條，具有年產(chǎn)環(huán)形鍛件及軸承套圈類(lèi)鍛件生產(chǎn)能力10000噸。采用一次性熱擠壓、熱模鍛、錘鍛加輾擴(kuò)生產(chǎn)工藝，有效提高了生產(chǎn)效率和鍛件精度，實(shí)現(xiàn)了復(fù)雜異形件的環(huán)形鍛造。生產(chǎn)加工范圍為直徑600毫米及高度200毫米以下的各類(lèi)環(huán)形鍛件。
